Ethan! Thank you! My partner and I stumbled in based on another locals suggestion late night. So glad we did. We had a few cocktails at the bar and ethan was so friendly and offered us recommends as to where we could go in the days ahead. He is an absolute gem. Frankie's is lucky they have him!

Frankie's was a total treat! Our first time here & Blanca took care of us on our evening date. She made us drinks and was a pleasure to watch mixing cocktails. The vibe is great the atmosphere is fantastic but I must say I was so impressed with Blanca. Blanca is such a sweetheart and loves what she does. If you visit Frankie's ask Blanca to make you a Mexican ash tray ( with modelo).

I just saw this place on a list of the top 15 cocktail bars in San Diego, so we stopped in for a couple of cocktails to see what all the fuss is about. I totally get it. Looking forward to returning to trying some different cocktails.

Update: (after my third visit) 🎵 you're simply the best, better than all the rest🎵 The new menu is so creative and amazing. 👌 Frankie's makes some really excellent cocktails. Try the Silent Radio for a tasty mezcal drink. The bartender was very knowledgeable and knew how to make wonderful drinks.

I’m always curious about my surroundings, so I stayed at The Brick Hotel. Downstairs, I noticed a bar called Frankies that looked like a good spot to kill some time before heading to bed. It was surprisingly crowded for a Sunday night. As soon as I got in, I had to line up for drinks. The service was just okay not too shabby. I asked the bartender to surprise me with a drink based on their recommendation, but it ended up having too much ice, so I couldn’t really taste it. It was alright, though. I left after about 20 minutes I didn’t end up staying long.

Tried Frankie's for the first time after passing by the place many times. It has a very nice chill atmosphere. I ordered the Irish Whisky Sour that was on special. The drink was made very well, with a proper pour and balanced flavor. It was so good I ordered another. If you're looking for nice place with a chill vibe, I would highly recommend Frankie's.
